The Rowe Creavin Practice is a member of the HSE Mother and Child scheme which provides free ante natal checks to all expecting mothers, 2 week baby check and 6 weeks checks for mother and baby.
The benefits of this service is that you can attend your GP with whom you are already familiar and also schedule appointments at a time which suits you best.
We recommend that you should make an appointment as soon as you discover you are pregnant. We will then refer you to your local maternity hospital where you will be seen before 20 weeks for assessment, blood tests and a scan.
We provide a shared care ante natal service and liaise directly with the hospital clinics, Domino midwife scheme, public health nurse and your obstetrician.

Ante Natal Classes 
Now being run by Claire Bulfin, a Cuidiu antenatal teacher and midwife. Couples welcome. The 1 day weekend course including lunch covers all you need to know for the arrival of your new baby!
Breastfeeding Support Group
Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the Month 10am -12noon. All welcome. Meet other breastfeeding mothers and enjoy refreshments from the on site cafe.
